Priyanka Chopra refuses to wear a bikini

Priyanka Chopra has reportedly refused to wear a bikini for a scene in Karan Johar ’s next production Dostana . Karan wanted the former Miss World to tone her body to perfection and wear a sizzling bikini in the movie that also stars Abhishek Bachchan and Jhon Abraham . The scene was to be shot at the sex frilled Miami Beach in Florida. Priyanka however declined the offer and said that she was not willing to take her clothes off for anyone. Priyanka is currently struggling with her figure and has put on a lot of weight.Recently there were rumours that Madhur Bhandarkar might drop her from Fashion if she doesn't tone up her body in time. We already told you last week that ‘Dostana’, which will be directed by Karan’s trusted assistant Tarun Mansukhani will have Abhishek and John playing two thick friends. On the title ‘Dostana’, which was the title of the yesteryear film starring Amitabh Bachchan , Shatrughan Sinha and Zeenat Aman that his dad Yash johar produced in 1980, Karan says the similarities between the two films end at their titles. Although his film also has a love triangle like his dad’s film, Karan says his flick has a “twist in the tale” that makes its story something that Indian movie buffs haven’t seen before.

The success of ‘Apne’ has set the spirits high for the Deols and they now seem in a mood to revive their home production, Vijeta films. Their first film will be rolling soon in October with Bobby Deol, Priyanka Chopra and Arshad Warsi in lead roles. Director Kabeer Kaushik says, “The film is called Chamku and we will commence it’s shooting in a month’s time. However, I can’t reveal much about the story.” ’Chamku’ will be the third film of Priyanka Chopra and Bobby Deol together after ‘Kismat’ and ‘Barsat’. After considering the fate of the earlier ones, we do hope and wish, this film clicks the ‘Kismat’ of Vijeta films.
